The Foothill Impact Foundation was established by Foothill Credit Union to expand our commitment to the communities we serve. Through scholarships, classroom improvement grants, financial education, and community initiatives, the Foundation helps create meaningful opportunities that make a lasting impact. When you become a Foothill member, you're joining a credit union that believes in giving back and investing in the people and neighborhoods we call home. The Foothill Impact Foundation Classroom Improvement Grant provides up to $500 to help educators bring innovative classroom ideas to life. Whether you need new equipment, educational software, books, or other instructional materials, the grant helps create engaging learning experiences and supports projects that make a lasting impact on students.
Educators like certificated teachers, librarians, and learning specialists working at elementary, middle, or high schools are eligible to apply. You do not need to be a Foothill Credit Union member to apply. The program is open to all eligible educators serving schools, with one application permitted per person.
You can use grant funds to purchase equipment, educational software, special books or materials.
Applications are now open. Submit your application by Friday, October 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PT. Grant recipients will be notified after all applications have been reviewed.
