Those phone numbers will connect you with Foothill Credit Union's FastTeller service. Once you're dialed in, here are some other important numbers that you'll need to know.

Menu

  • 1 = Activate a new card
  • 2 = Account balance – Check balance of checking, savings, certificate or loan
  • 3 = Account history – check the history of your checking, savings, certificate or loan
  • 4 = Funds transfer or make a payment – Transfer funds, schedule a transfer, make a payment or hear all existing scheduled transfers
  • 5 = Share or loan withdrawals
  • 6 = Stop payments – Stop a payment on a specific check number or range of checks.
  • 7 = Future dated transactions
  • 8 = Merchant verification
  • 9 = Additional Options- change access code, get credit union information
