- Name and Payment address of the other financial institution or merchant
- The balance of the card(s) you want to transfer
Requirements: Foothill membership is not required to start. If you are not a Foothill member and/or do not have a Foothill credit card, a Foothill team member will reach out to help you through the process once form has been submitted.
Please Note
If you have more than one credit card balance you would like to transfer, a Foothill rep will collect that information once they have given you a call.
Response Time: All balance transfer request are processed during normal business hours Monday - Friday, and you can expect a response within 1 - 2 business days.
After Submitting: You should continue to monitor your other accounts and pay the minimum payments until you see proof of payoff. You are liable for any late payments, finance charges or disputes on your other accounts.
Finance charges begin accruing on the day the balance transfer is processed. If your balance transfer request exceeds your available balance, we will pay the amount up to your available balance.
