Let Foothill know your travel plans
Are you planning any getaways or vacations where you'll be using your Foothill MasterCard and Debit MasterCard?
We recommend you notify us of your travel plans as early as six months in advance.
Foothill continuously monitors your card activity. Changes in your purchasing patterns, especially transactions out of the state or country, can trigger a security alert with our fraud analysts. If there is unusual spending on your card, it can be temporarily blocked until our fraud analysts have the opportunity to contact you to verify if the transaction was authorized.
If you are traveling it can be difficult to reach you to verify the charges, and you could be inconvenienced if you are not able to use your card. That is why we ask that you contact us before you travel.
Notify Us Online or Via Phone
You can notify us online via your Foothill online banking, under the "Card Options" Menu. You can also call us 626-445-0950 to advise us of your travel plans. Our Member Service Consultants are available Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Fridays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.Go to main navigation
