Conversion Information

Payees/Billers

Will my current Bill Pay information be converted?
Yes, active users will have their Payees carry over to the new platform as well as their recurring payments. Please make sure your Payee's information is current to ensure they are converted. You will need to set E-Bills due to them not carrying over in the conversion. We do not expect any payees not carrying over, but for your own piece of mind, you might want to print or record all of your Payee information that you currently have in Bill Pay.

Payments Already Scheduled Will Process

Yes, we expect that payments already scheduled will process as normal through the end date of February 10, 2020. All payments scheduled between February 11-14, 2020, maybe delayed a day or more depending if the payment is electronic or check. We do not suggest scheduling payments between February 11, 2020 to February 14, 2020, unless you plan for the payment delay. On February 4, 2020, existing eBills will be cancelled. You will need to set them up in the new bill pay patform.

Repeating/Automated Payments

Will my current Bill Pay information be converted?
Yes, we expect recurring payments to convert. However, we do recommend that you make sure your payee address and account information is current prior to February 3, 2020, and review the recurring payments after the conversion to ensure that they have converted properly. Please read the FAQ to get more information about what to expect with the conversion.

Payment History

Will my Bill Pay history transfer over?
Approximately 6 months’ worth of bill pay history is expected to carry over to the new system. YOUR MOST RECENT PAYMENT HISTORY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. If you need your most recent payment information, we recommend you download or print the past months’ history prior to February 3, 2020. Please read the FAQ to get more information about what to expect with the conversion.

A Quick Note...

We would like to thank everyone in advance for their understanding and patience during this conversion process. We did not enter into this process without the understanding that many of our member/owners rely upon the bill pay services offered by the credit union. We realize that this may cause some inconveniences and difficulties as we transition from one system to another. We will make every effort possible to ensure a smooth transition before and after the conversion. We need your help as well, please take time to review this information as well as the information in the FAQ. If you have questions or would like to work with someone from the credit union to ensure that your payment information is converted, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you again for your understanding.
