Foothill's iPhone app is a mobile banking program for the iPhone that allows our members to safely access their Foothill account through their phone.

Do I need to be a member of Foothill Credit Union to use the App?
Yes. Please go to www.foothillcu.org to apply for membership online or visit one of our branches to open an account.

What is needed to use Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone App?
To access Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone app you need a Foothill Federal Credit Union account with online banking and an iPhone with internet access.

What does it cost to use Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone App?
Mobile Banking is a free service for all Foothill members enrolled in our online banking. Please remember, your cell phone provider may charge for text and data usage; check with your service provider for more details.

What does Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone App do?
You can view your accounts, transaction history, and check images. You can also transfer funds between your different share accounts, pay bills, and use the App to find a nearby ATM or branch.

How do i transfer funds in Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone App?
Choose Transfer Funds from the menu options. Then make share-to-share and share-to-consumer loan transfers. You can also make a transfer to your credit card.

How can I make a bill payment using Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone App?
Choose Mobile Bill Pay from the menu options. Then schedule payments from your existing payee list.

How do I set up a payee in Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone App?
Payments can only be scheduled from existing payees. You will need to access bill pay from online banking to schedule new payees in bill pay.

What is Mobile Check Deposit in Foothill's Mobile Banking iPhone App?
Mobile Check Deposit is a convenient way to make check deposits into your account. Simply provide us with some basic information about the deposit, endorse the back of the check, take a picture of both the front and back of the check and click submit. We recommend you retain the check for 30 days. Do not write on the check or tear the check, etc..

When will my Mobile Check Deposit be available?
Your funds from your Mobile Check Deposit will be available within one business day. You will receive an email from us once your check has been deposited to your account.

What are the requirements for taking a good picture?
When using Mobile Check Deposit, please remember to endorse the check and put your account number on it before you take a picture of it. Place the check on a dark background where good lighting is available. The check image should appear within the green rectangular frame, ensuring the numbers at the bottom of the check are clearly visible.

What happens if the deposit is not accepted?
If the deposit is not accepted, the check will be deleted and not posted to the account. You will receive an email indicating the deposit was not accepted and the reason it was rejected.

Is the Foothill Mobile Banking iPhone App Secure?
Yes. Foothill uses SSL encryption to communicate securely with all services. Foothill always uses state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data, no matter how you choose to access your accounts.
