What is Foothill@Home?

Foothill@Home is Foothill's FREE online banking service that allows members a convenient and secure way to access their account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the Internet. With Foothill@Home you can:

  • View your account balances
  • View your account history (up to the last 90 days)
  • Transfer funds between accounts in real-time
  • Make payments by transfer to loan accounts and credit cards
  • Apply for a loan

What do I need in order to begin using Foothill@Home?

To access your account through Foothill@Home, you will need the following:

  • Any type of computer that can access the Internet
  • An Internet Service Provider
  • A Web browser
  • Your Foothill user name and access code 

How much does Foothill@Home cost?

Foothill@Home is FREE!

How secure is Foothill@Home?

Very secure. Foothill uses state of the art network security to ensure the protection of your account information. Refer to our Security page for detailed information.

Can I use Foothill@Home from any location?

Yes, as long as you have access to the internet, you may use Foothill@Home from any location in the world, 24 hours a day.

Which accounts can I access with Foothill@Home?

You can access all of your Foothill accounts with the exception of mortgages. Capability to view those types of accounts will be added in the future.

Are there any limits on how many times a day I can log in to Foothill@Home?

No, feel free to visit Foothill@Home anytime.

Can the joint owner on my account use Foothill@Home?

Yes, joint owners can access the account in the same way that you do. Please note that there is only one access code allowed per Foothill account, so if you wish your joint account holders to have Foothill@Home access, you must give them your access code.

Do I need to register?

No. There is no registration necessary. Just go to Foothill@Home, enter your user name and access code, and you’re ready to use Foothill@Home.

Do I need any special software?

No. You just need the software that you would usually use to access the internet, including a Web browser. There are no special Foothill@Home disks or software required.

What if my account information is not correct or does not appear on Foothill@Home?

Foothill@Home uses cookies to help us keep track of who you are, where you are in the web pages, and length of time your connection has been idle. This is done to provide security in that we will transmit information only to the session that requested it and automatically close sessions that have been idle for a period of time. If you cannot log in successfully, you may have this feature disabled or have an alert message to prompt you that we are requesting a cookie. It's very important that you at least have cookies enabled to send back to the originating server only.

What do I do if I forgot my user name or access code?

You can easily reset your access code online, or by contacting us at (626) 445-0950. We can then re-set your user name and access code for you.

What if my account information is not correct or does not appear on Foothill@Home?

If I make a transfer, how soon are my funds transferred?

Foothill@Home operates in real-time, so transactions are reflected on your account immediately.

Are there limits on the number of transfers I can make?

There are no limits on transfers from Credit Union checking accounts or lines of credit. However, federal regulations limit the number of electronic transfers from savings accounts to a maximum of six per month. The maximum of six includes electronic transfers made via other methods, such as FastTeller.
