Are you planning any getaways or vacations where you'll be using your Foothill FCU MasterCard and Debit MasterCard? If so, we recommend you contact us in advance and let us know your plans. Foothill FCU continuously monitors your card activity. Changes in your purchasing patterns, especially transactions out of the state or country, can trigger a security alert with our fraud analysts.

If there is unusual spending on your card, it can be temporarily blocked until our fraud analysts have the opportunity to contact you to verify if the transaction was authorized. If you are traveling it can be difficult to reach you to verify the charges, and you could be inconvenienced if you are not able to use your card. That is why we ask that you contact us before you travel.
