No. You just need the software that you would usually use to access the internet, including a Web browser. There are no special Foothill@Home disks or software required.
Foothill@Home uses cookies to help us keep track of who you are, where you are in the web pages, and length of time your connection has been idle. This is done to provide security in that we will transmit information only to the session that requested it and automatically close sessions that have been idle for a period of time. If you cannot log in successfully, you may have this feature disabled or have an alert message to prompt you that we are requesting a cookie. It's very important that you at least have cookies enabled to send back to the originating server only.

Foothill@Home operates in real-time, so transactions are reflected on your account immediately.
When you click on the option in the history area, it automatically produces a file which downloads to your computer. You will be prompted where the file is being saved to and what the filename is. Please make a note of where you save the file on your computer as you will need to tell either Quicken or Money where the file resides for importing purposes. The preferred format to download is the OFX format as Intuit has announced that they will no longer be providing support for the older QIF format. Microsoft Explorer users may need to configure their browsers to download the Quicken format file (QIF) to their hard drives.
PLEASE NOTE: Quicken 2005 will no longer be supported starting April 30, 2008 and Quick Books 2005 will no longer be supported starting May 31, 2008. We suggest you update to a newer version if you are currently using these two applications.
To ensure uninterrupted service, install the Quicken 2008 CD you received by mail and follow the easy on-screen instructions. If you haven't received your Quicken 2008 CD—no problem, click here to upgrade online.
No, currently, you must use your Web browser to access Foothill@Home. The capability to use Quicken or Money to directly access Foothill@Home is under development. In the meantime, you can export your account history as a .QIF (Quicken Interchange Format) file, and import that file into Quicken or Money.
There are no limits on transfers from Credit Union checking accounts or lines of credit. However, federal regulations limit the number of electronic transfers from savings accounts to a maximum of six per month. The maximum of six includes electronic transfers made via other methods, such as FastTeller.
