Your $5 Membership Fee is Waived!

SummerTime Savings Account

Our SummerTime Savings account offers a higher dividend rate than our regular share account, and allows you to save money for the summer months.

Features:

• Funds will be deposited automatically through payroll deduction or direct deposit only
• Flexible penalty-free withdrawals allowed June 1- August 31
• Minimum monthly deposit is $50; Maximum deposit is $2,000 per month
• All funds will be automatically transferred into your designated account on July 1, August 1, or September 1
• Variable Account (rate subject to change) – currently at 1.50% APY%*
• The regular SummerTime Savings Account is available to all members

SummerTime Savings for School Employees

Our SummerTime Savings Account was designed especially for our 10 and 11 month school employees to help them through the summer months when they do not receive a paycheck. Classified or certificated school employees on a 10 or 11 month pay schedule are eligible for the bonus rate. All other features of the Summer Time Savings Account remain the same.

Currently, the special bonus available for school employees working at any of our school SEGs (Select Employer Group) is 3.00% APY. * APY=Annual Percentage Yield. Rate effective as of July 2, 2010. Rate may change without notice. The minimum deposit amount each month is $50 and the minimum account balance required to earn the advertised annual percentage yield is $50. There is a $2,000 per month maximum deposit limit into the account. A $25 early withdrawal fee will apply if funds are withdrawn between September 1 and May 31. Classroom Improvement Grants

If you are a certificated teacher or learning specialist, you are able to apply for our annual $200 Classroom Improvement Grant. The grants can be used towards academic awards, equipment rentals, educational software, field trips, books or classroom materials.
