You now have FREE access to confidential financial counseling services six days a week. In many cases BALANCE counselors can answer your questions immediately. If you have more complex issues, an appointment will be scheduled allowing enough time to discuss your concerns in detail.

Money Management Counseling
Schedule an appointment to talk with a financial counselor over the phone. Counselors are qualified to discuss general money and credit topics including goal setting, spending and savings plans, credit and credit reports and housing issues.
Housing Counseling
Buying a home is one of the biggest financial commitments you'll ever make. BALANCE counselors can help you understand the mortgage loan process and make a plan so you're ready to buy when the time comes.
Credit Report Review
BALANCE can review the content of your credit report and provide information about correcting, maintaining or improving the report and handling fraudulent activity. You may request a free consultation to discuss your credit report with a BALANCE counselor if you ordered your report from any source, including your free annual credit reports.
Debt Management
If you're having trouble making ends meet or receiving collections calls or letters, BALANCE can help consolidate bill payments and negotiate with creditors to lower payments and in some cases, reduce or eliminate interest and fees.
Identity Theft
